The first savaiya of the Bhatt Bhikhaa. Through the Guru’s wisdom and stillness, essence merges with essence; desire and anger cool as the mind stops racing; dwelling in the Formless and understanding hukam brings wisdom; and the Guru is met as the very form of the Creator — known only to those who have tried it.

The theme is experience over hearsay: so jaanai jin kichh keeau — only the one who has tried it knows. This is the same appeal to lived practice that runs through Suniai and Mannai in the Japji.
