Salok Sehskritee, Salok 63 — Healing Comes with Grace

When the Lord of the Universe is kind, every illness is cured.
Nanak says: in the Sangat, I sing the One's praises, in the shelter of the perfect Supreme One.
When the One is kind, every sickness heals, including the ones inside.
Kirpaa karant gobind gopaalah: when the Lord of the Universe shows kindness, sagal-ya rog khandnah, all illnesses are broken. The illnesses include the inner ones named in the saloks before this: clinging, desire, anger, greed and ego.
The healing is a gift. It comes while singing the One's praise in the Sangat, in the One's shelter. It cannot be forced, and it comes in its own time.
