In plain words

True is the One's gathering, and true is the One's court; the True One has set up Truth.

Living on the throne of Truth, the One gives true justice.

The True One made the world, and never makes a mistake.

The Naam of the Endless One is a jewel; no one can put a price on it — it is priceless.

The one the Lord of the World is kind to finds every comfort.

Those who meet the One through Guru Nanak do not come back again into the round of births.

The Naam is a jewel no one can put a price on.
The deeper layer

The One's court is built on Truth, and the Naam is a jewel no one can price.

Sach sabhaa deebaan: true is the gathering and the court. Sachai takhat: on the throne of Truth. Sach tapaavas: true justice, a court where nothing is crooked. Aap aabhul: the One never slips.

Ratan naam apaar: the Naam is an endless jewel. Keem nahu pavai: no price can be set on it. Bahurh fir jon na aa-ay: they do not come again into birth after birth.

A Question to Sit With
