raatee atai dayhu naanak paraym samaa-i-aa. ||9||
O Nanak, remain immersed in the Lord's Love, night and day. ||9||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

My True Beloved, You have planted love inside those who face the Guru.

Nanak says: they stay soaked in that love, night and day.

Love planted by the True One fills every hour, night and day.
The deeper layer

Love planted by the True Beloved fills a person night and day.

Nayhu is deep affection, and sachai laa-i-aa says the True Beloved is the one who plants it. Paraym samaa-i-aa means soaked, immersed in love, raatee atai dayhu, night and day. Being immersed comes back across these saloks: love becomes the air a person lives in.
