Night and day, remain in bliss, O Nanak, immersed in intuitive peace and poise. ||10||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
The love of one who faces the Guru is true; through it, the True Beloved is found.
Nanak says: day and night they stay in joy, melted into easy, natural calm.
True love finds the True Beloved and settles into calm.
True love, the love of one who faces the Guru, finds the True Beloved and settles into calm.
Sachee aaskee is true love, true devotion. Anand is joy. Sahj samaa-ee-ai means melting into sahj, the natural, easy calm of a soul at rest — like a river at ease flowing to the sea. True love calms the heart.
