In plain words

True love and affection come from the Perfect Guru.

Nanak says: it never breaks, when we sing the praises of the One.

Love from the Perfect Guru stays whole while we sing the One's praises.
The deeper layer

True love comes from the Perfect Guru and stays whole while we sing the One's praises.

Sachaa paraym pi-aar is true love; gur pooray tay means it comes from the Perfect Guru. Kabhoo na hovai bhang: it never breaks. Har gun gaa-ee-ai, singing the One's praises, is the practice of kirtan and remembrance that keeps love alive.
