Those who have the Naam within, contemplate the Word of the Guru's Bani.

Their faces are always radiant in the Court of the True Lord.

Sitting down and standing up, they never forget the Creator, who forgives them.

O Nanak, the Gurmukhs are united with the Lord. Those united by the Creator Lord, shall never be separated again. ||15||

In plain words

Those who hold the treasure of the Naam inside think deeply on the Guru's Word.

Their faces are always bright in the True Court.

Sitting down and standing up, they never forget the Creator, who has blessed them with forgiveness.

Nanak says: those who face the Guru are united with the One; those the Creator unites are never separated again.

The treasure of the Naam shows in a bright face and a remembering heart.
The deeper layer

The treasure of the Naam, kept through the Guru's Word, shows as a bright face and a heart that never forgets.

Naam nidhaan is the treasure of the Naam; gurbaanee veechaar is thinking deeply on the Guru's Word; mukh sad ujlay means faces always bright. Bahdi-aa uthdi-aa, sitting and standing — all through the ordinary day — they remember the kartaar, the Creator, who forgives. Milay na vichhurheh: united, never separated.
