Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Meditating on the Naam, O friend, you win the treasure of this life.

Nanak says: speaking what is right and true, you make your whole world pure.

*Keeping what is true in mind and speech makes ordinary life sacred.*
The deeper layer

Remembering the Naam wins the treasure of life, and true words make the world around you pure.

Naam Dhi-aa-in saajnaa: meditating on the Naam, O friend. Janam padaarath jeet: the treasure of being born is won. Dharam aisay chaveh: they speak this way, rightly. Keeto bhavan puneet: they make their world pure.
