In plain words

On the third day, stay balanced and steady no matter which of the three moods pulls at you — the calm, the restless, the sluggish.

Hold that even keel, and you find the very source of joy and the highest, most settled place a heart can reach.

In the good company of those who love the truth, trust and confidence well up inside you. And then, outside and deep within, the One's light is always shining — everywhere you look.

Stay balanced whatever mood pulls at you, keep good company, and the One's light shines both outside and within.
The deeper layer

Day three, taritee-aa (“third”), turns on the teen gun — the three modes or moods (traditionally rajas, tamas, sattva: restless, heavy, and calm). teenay sam kar li-aavai — the one who brings all three into balance (sam = equal, even) aanad mool param pad paavai — finds the aanad mool (source of bliss) and the param pad (highest state). The path there is community: saadhsangat upjai bisvaas — in the saadhsangat (company of the holy) bisvaas (trust, confidence) wells up; then baahar bheetar sadaa pargaas — the Light shines outwardly and inwardly, always. Balance plus good company, and the world lights up.
