In plain words

On the fifth day, remember that everything you see is spread out from five simple elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space woven together into the whole world.

People spend their lives chasing shiny things and passing pleasures, busy in the pursuit of gold and comfort.

But rare and lucky are the ones who drink the pure, sweet essence of love for the One. For them, the aches of growing old and the fear of the end simply lose their sting.

The whole world is spread from five simple elements; rare is the heart that drinks the sweet essence of love — and finds the aches of time lose their sting.
The deeper layer

Day five, paanchai (“fifth”), names the panch tat — the five elements (bisthaar = expanse) from which the physical world unfolds. kanik kaaminee jug bi-uhaar — the world stays busy with kanik (gold, wealth) and passing attachments. praym sudhaa ras peevai ko-ay — how rare is the one who drinks the sudhaa ras, the nectar-essence of divine love. The reward is release from the dukh (pain) of jaraa maran — old age and death: not literal deathlessness but the loosening of dread. Per the project lens, we keep the freeing promise and let the fear-imagery fall away.
