Take the Word to Heart and Worry Dissolves

In plain words

On the seventh day, take the true Word deep into your heart and know it as real.

Then you are welcomed home by the One, the Supreme Soul — accepted, just as you are.

Your worries dissolve, your aches fade, and in the still, deep ocean of quiet inside you, you find real peace — the kind that doesn't depend on anything outside.

Take the true Word into your heart, and in the deep quiet inside you, worry dissolves and real peace is found.
The deeper layer

Day seven, saatain (“seventh”): sat kar baachaa jaan — know the baachaa (Word, utterance) as sat (true, real). aatam raam layho parvaan — be accepted (parvaan) by Aatam Raam, the Supreme Soul within. The fruit: chhootai sansaa mit jaahi dukh — sansaa (anxious doubt) is released and dukh (pain) erased; sunn sarovar paavhu sukh — in the sunn sarovar, the “pool of the celestial void” (deep inner stillness beyond thought), you find sukh (peace). Sunn here is not emptiness-as-nothing but the quiet, thought-free clearing where peace is found — rendered as the still ocean inside.

A Question to Sit With

Where is the quietest, most peaceful place inside you — and how do you get there?
