The One Is in Every World and Every Hair

On the fourteenth day of the lunar cycle, in the fourteen worlds

and on each and every hair, the Lord abides.

In plain words

On the fourteenth day, remember that across all the countless worlds — and in every single hair on your head — the One is present, without exception.

So gather yourself and settle your attention on two beautiful things: truth and contentment.

And let what you speak be the deep, kind wisdom of the One — words that carry light. Fill your talk with what's real and good.

The One is present in every world and in every hair on your head — so anchor yourself in truth and contentment, and let your words carry light.
The deeper layer

Day fourteen, cha-udas (“fourteenth”): cha-odah lok majhaar — in the chaudah lok (fourteen worlds, i.e., all realms) rom rom meh baseh muraar — in every rom (hair, pore) the One (Muraar) dwells — total, intimate presence. The practice: sat santokh kaa dharahu dhi-aan — fix your dhi-aan (focused attention) on sat (truth) and santokh (contentment). kathnee kathee-ai barahm gi-aan — let your speech (kathnee) speak barahm gi-aan, the wisdom of the One. Presence everywhere, plus two anchors — truth and contentment — and speech that carries light.

A Question to Sit With

What would change if you truly believed something wonderful was present in every single thing around you?
