When it pleases You, I sing Your praises.
In Your house there is justice, forever and ever.
The One's order isn't arbitrary — there is justice in it, forever.
Even praise happens "when it is pleasing to Your Will." And a reassuring conviction: "within Your Home, there is justice, forever and ever." The One's order is not arbitrary power but justice — which is why surrendering to it is safe.
