ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਭਉ ਪਾਰਿ ਪਰਾਈ ॥੨॥੩੩॥
gur parsaad bha-o paar paraa-ee. ||2||33||
By Guru's Grace, he has shaken off the fear of death. ||2||33||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Servant Nanak has come into the shelter of the holy,

and by grace has shaken off the fear of death.

Knowing the soul never dies is how you finally shake off the fear of death.
The deeper layer

The fruit of knowing the soul's deathlessness is fearlessness: "by Guru's Grace, he has shaken off the fear of death." Sheltering in the Sangat and grasping that the soul does not die, the soul lets go of the one fear that shadows every life (cf. the Mool Mantar's Nirbhau).

A Question to Sit With

How might your life change if the fear of death loosened its grip?
