In plain words

Power, property, youth, a household, fame, the beauty of youth; great wealth, elephants, horses, jewels bought for a fortune —

none of it will count for anything in the Court; the proud must leave it all behind.

Everything the world prizes counts for nothing in the Court that actually lasts.
The deeper layer

Everything the world prizes counts for nothing in the One's Court.

The verse gives a long list. Raaj milak joban — power, property, youth. A home, fame, good looks. Great wealth, elephants, horses, and jewels bought for a fortune. Aagai dargahi kaam na aavai — none of it helps in the Court ahead. That is the One's true court, where a life is weighed. Chhod chalai abhimaanee — the proud one leaves it all behind.

Think of the money in a board game. You can pile up huge stacks of it. When the game ends, it all goes back in the box. What impresses the world counts for nothing in the only Court that lasts. Another shabad in Raag Aasaa says the same about owning thousands of things.

A Question to Sit With

What does the world prize most that you suspect won't matter in the end?
