ਤੇਰੇ ਜਨ ਰਸਕਿ ਰਸਕਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹਿ ॥

ਮਸਲਤਿ ਮਤਾ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਜਨ ਕੀ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਕਰਹਿ ਕਰਾਵਹਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
maslat mataa si-aanap jan kee jo tooN karahi karaaveh. ||1|| rahaa-o.
That alone is good advice, wisdom and cleverness for Your humble servant, which You do or cause to be done. ||1||Pause||

For Your servant, the only good advice, wisdom, and cleverness is whatever You do, or cause to be done.
The highest wisdom isn't your clever plan — it's trusting what the One actually does.
A radical redefinition of wisdom: "that alone is good advice, wisdom and cleverness... which You do or cause to be done." True wisdom is not the soul's own clever planning but recognizing and accepting the One's doing. Cleverness is surrendered; trust becomes the highest intelligence (cf. Shabad 96).
