Peace Isn't Getting Your Way; It's Trusting the One

In plain words

Whatever pleases You is fine with me; that alone brings my mind peace and ease.

You are the Doer, the cause of all causes, all-powerful and infinite — there is none but You.

Peace isn't things going your way — it's trusting whatever the One does.
The deeper layer

Pure acceptance of the Hukam: "whatever pleases You is acceptable to me; that alone brings peace." Peace is located not in things going your way but in trusting the Will — and the ground of that trust is that the One is "the Doer, the Cause of causes," with "none other" (cf. Shabad 60, Shabad 111).

A Question to Sit With

What would 'whatever happens is fine with me' feel like to actually live?
