The One Knows Your Whole Mind; Be Honest There

Without the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the whole world has gone crazy; obtaining the Naam, it finds peace. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

You know the whole condition of my mind; who else could I even tell it to?

Without the Name the whole world has gone mad; finding the Name, it finds peace.

The One already knows your whole mind — so it's the one place you can be completely honest.
The deeper layer

The One as the only true confidant: "You know completely the condition of my mind; who else could I go to?" The One already knows your inmost state, so it is the one place you can be fully honest. "Without the Naam, the whole world has gone crazy" — restlessness is a kind of madness the Name cures.

A Question to Sit With

Who do you tell what no one else would understand?
