In plain words

There is only one gardener who tends it,

caring for every single leaf and branch.

The one Gardener tends every leaf and branch — nothing in the garden is overlooked.
The deeper layer

This one says one Gardener takes care of every single leaf and branch.

Sinchanhaaray aykai maalee means "there is only one gardener who waters it." The Gardener is the One, working through the Guru. Khabar karat hai paat pat daalee means "He looks after every leaf and every branch."

Nothing is forgotten. Not the tallest tree, and not the tiniest leaf at the bottom.

Think of a grandparent who knows every plant on their balcony. They notice when one leaf turns yellow. They move a pot into the sun. The same One who made the whole garden takes care of each plant, one by one. An earlier shabad says the same about the One's care for every creature.

A Question to Sit With

What does it mean to be cared for down to the smallest detail?
