Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Wherever I look, I see that One alone.

Deep within every single heart, He Himself is held.

Look with cleared eyes, and the One is there everywhere — in every direction, in every heart.
The deeper layer

The Pause states the seeing that follows: "wherever I look, I see that One Lord alone," and He is "contained" in "each and every heart." The eye trained on the One finds the One everywhere — in every direction outwardly and in every heart inwardly.

A Question to Sit With

What might you start seeing everywhere, once you learn to look for it?
