Aasaa, Fifth Mehl:
ਠਾਕੁਰ ਸਿਉ ਜਾ ਕੀ ਬਨਿ ਆਈ ॥
thaakur si-o jaa kee ban aa-ee.
Those who are attuned to their Lord and Master
ਭੋਜਨ ਪੂਰਨ ਰਹੇ ਅਘਾਈ ॥੧॥
bhojan pooran rahay aghaa-ee. ||1||
are satisfied and fulfilled with the perfect food. ||1||

Those who are tuned to their Master
are satisfied and full, fed with the perfect food.
Tuned to the One, you are fed with a food that leaves no hunger.
Those "attuned to their Lord and Master" are "satisfied and fulfilled with the perfect food." The food is the Name, and it satisfies completely — not the partial, passing fullness of worldly meals but a perfect satisfaction that leaves no hunger.
