In plain words

Day and night he stays immaculately pure, abiding in the sublime place.

He gains the wisdom of the three worlds.

Through the Guru, he realizes the Lord's Will.

A clean mind can read the deep order it lives within.
The deeper layer

A clean mind can understand the order it lives in.

Ahinis nirmal thaan suthaan — day and night, the Gurmukh stays pure and lives in the highest place. Nirmal means spotless. The Gurmukh also gains wisdom of the three worlds, meaning all of creation. And saachay gur tay hukam pachhaan — through the True Guru, they recognize the Hukam. Hukam is the One's Will, the flow of all that is.

Purity and understanding go together. Think of a window. When the glass is smudged, you can hardly see the garden. Wipe it clean, and the whole garden is there, just as it always was. A clean mind can read the order it lives within.

A Question to Sit With

What becomes clearer to a settled, clear mind?
