The Gurmukh knows: through the Name, one dwells in His Court, in His Presence.
True and accepted is the hour in which the Word is recognized.
The best time is any moment you truly understand the Word.
This verse moves two things. First, a place. Dargeh means the One's court, and hadoor means being right in the One's presence. The Gurmukh, the person who faces the Guru, reaches it through the Name, here and now, not only after death. They live near the One even while walking to school or work.
Second, a time. People often look for a lucky day or a special hour. Vaylaa sach parvaan sabad pachhaan-see — the true and accepted time is whenever the Shabad, the Guru's Word, is understood. Think of the moment a hard math problem suddenly clicks. That click can happen any day. The holy hour is always open, and it is now.
If no time is luckier than another, what makes a moment sacred?
