In plain words

Make Truth, contentment, and love your provisions for the road — supplies of the Name.

Banish corruption from your mind, and the True One gives you Truth.

Pack truth, contentment, and love — the three provisions that grow as you eat them.
The deeper layer

Pack the right snacks for life's journey: truth, contentment and love.

Tosaa means the food you pack for a trip. Everyone is on the road of life. The shabad packs three things: sat, santokh, bhaa-o — truth, contentment and love. These never go bad. They even grow as you use them.

The second line gives the trade that this raag keeps teaching: manhu chhod vikaar — let go of the vikaar, the bad habits of the mind. Then sachaa sach day-ay — the True One gives you Truth.

Notice the word "gives." Truth is not something we build ourselves. Think of clearing space on a table so a friend can set down a present. Our part is to make room. The filling is the One's part, and it comes as soon as there is room.

A Question to Sit With

If you could pack only three inner supplies for your whole life's journey, what would they honestly be?
