In plain words

Through all the ages, You are the three qualities themselves, and Yours are the four sources of creation.

When Your Mercy comes, the supreme state is reached — and one tells the Untellable Story.

The whole loom is His thread — and Mercy lifts you above the weave to tell the Untellable.
The deeper layer

This one says that everything in the world is woven from the One's thread.

teen gunaa are the three qualities that make up all of nature. chaaray khaanee are the four ways life comes into the world. In the old teaching, those are from an egg, from a womb, from sweat, and from the earth. The verse says all of this is the One's own. It is not just made by the One. It is part of the One.

Think of a big woven rug. Every color and pattern comes from the same weaver's threads. None of it is a stranger to the rug.

Then comes the turning point: karam hovai — when Mercy comes. Then one reaches param pad, the highest state, beyond those three qualities. And the tongue starts telling akath kahaanee, the story that cannot be told. It still gets told, by grace, a little at a time, in song.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever experienced something you could not put into words — and tried anyway? What came out?
