Nanak falls at the feet of that person who immerses himself in the Lord's Love, and performs devotional worship night and day. ||4||12||

In plain words

Your Light fills all the worlds — I know now that You are spread through every one of them.

When my mind turned away from the pull of things, I came to rest in my own true home.

Nanak bows at the feet of the one who is soaked in the Love of the One and worships, night and day.

Turn the mind from grasping, and you arrive at the home that was always inside you.
The deeper layer

The One's Light is everywhere, and the true home is found inside.

Taribhavan meh jot — the Light fills the three worlds, all that is. When Guru Nanak's mind turned away from Maya, the pull of things, he came to rest in his own home. That home is not a house. It is the quiet place inside you where you feel you belong.

Then Guru Nanak ends in a surprising way. He does not end by praising the One. He bows at the feet of the person who loves the One night and day. It is like a team captain cheering the teammate who works hardest. The same humble spirit shows up in So Purakh: those who love the One honor others who love the One.

A Question to Sit With

What does "coming home to yourself" mean to you?
