Her Beloved welcomes her, and she rests with Him forever.
This one says the soul's most beautiful jewelry is love and a deep respect for the One.
Bhai bhaav kaa karay seegaar means "she dresses herself in awe and love." Seegaar is getting ready and adorned, like for a wedding. Bhaav is love. Bhai, often said "fear," here means awe, a deep and loving respect.
These two go together like two hands. Awe keeps love from getting careless. Love keeps awe from turning into being scared. Think of how you feel about a grandparent you adore. You love to hug them, and you also want to listen closely when they speak.
A soul dressed in both is welcomed, and stays with the Beloved sad hee, "forever." This is the lasting closeness the whole shabad has been longing for.
