In plain words

The Weaver uses the earth and sky as the great loom,

and moves the sun and the moon back and forth like two shuttles.

Day and night, the sun and moon cross the sky like shuttles on a loom — the cosmos itself is a living tapestry.
The deeper layer

Kabir sees the sky as a loom, with the sun and moon weaving back and forth across it.

Dharan akaas kee kargah banaa-ee — the Weaver has made the earth and sky into a kargah, a loom. The sun and the moon are the two shuttles. A shuttle is the little piece that carries thread from one side of the loom to the other.

Picture it. The sun crosses the sky by day. The moon crosses it by night. Back and forth they go, like shuttles, weaving the cloth of time and the world.

This picture came straight from Kabir's daily work. He looked up from his own loom and saw the whole sky as a loom too. So the plain rhythm of day and night becomes something wonderful. The world is a living cloth, taking shape every day.

A Question to Sit With

Can you picture the sun and moon weaving the sky like threads on a giant loom? What would the cloth look like?
