Placing my feet together, I have accomplished one thing - my mind is pleased with that Weaver.

I have come to understand my own home, and recognize the Lord within my heart. ||3||

In plain words

I've done one thing well: I've quietly turned my heart toward that Weaver and found real gladness.

I've come home to myself, and found the One right inside my own heart.

The One who weaves the whole cosmos also lives right inside your own heart — vast and intimate at once.
The deeper layer

After looking at the whole sky, Kabir finds the Weaver in the closest place of all: his own heart.

He says he has done one thing. His mind is glad with that Weaver. Out of all the hugeness, the one thing that mattered was to turn his heart toward the One, with joy.

And where did he find the great Weaver? Not far away, out past the stars. Ghat hee raam pachhaanaa — he recognized the One right inside his own heart. Jolaahay ghar apnaa cheenhaa — the weaver came to know his own home.

It is like searching the whole house for your glasses, and finding them on your own head. The Weaver who moves the sun and moon also lives inside you. The One is huge enough to weave the whole world, and near enough to live in your heart. It is the same One. You find the One not by searching the skies, but by coming home to yourself.

A Question to Sit With

How can the same One be as big as the whole universe and as close as your own heart?
