What Gets You Welcomed Home Is Not Rank but Realness

jinH Dhur likhi-aa laykh tinHee naam kamaa-i-aa.
Those who have such pre-ordained destiny practice the Naam.
dar sachai sachiaar mahal bulaa-i-aa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
The True Lord summons the truthful to the Mansion of His Presence. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Those with such destiny written for them practice the Name.

The True One calls the truthful home to the Mansion of His Presence.

What gets you welcomed home is not your rank but your realness.
The deeper layer

The Pause holds the now-familiar pairing: practice flows from destiny (grace), and the truthful are "summoned to the Mansion of His Presence." Being sach (real) is what the True Court recognizes (cf. Shabad 46). The truthful are not screened by rank but called home by their realness.

A Question to Sit With

What does it mean to you to be truly real, all the way through?
