In plain words

In the cave of deep bliss I have found my seat.

The Light of the One plays an unstruck music there.

I am in ecstasy, turning the Guru's Word over in my heart — soaked in my Beloved, I am the happy bride.

Deep inside is a quiet cave where a music plays that no instrument makes.
The deeper layer

The fourth state is pictured as a cave of celestial bliss where "the unstruck melody" sounds — the Anhad Shabad, the music heard only by the stilled soul. Withdrawn into this inner sanctuary, the soul is the happy bride, soaked in the Beloved. Interiority and joy meet.

A Question to Sit With

What do you find when you get quiet enough to go deep inside yourself?
