By great good fortune I found the Guru, the True Guru, and inside the village of my own body, the One stepped into view.
The Naam can run right through you, mind and body, and the One is found inside you.
This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Gobind jee-o mayray man tan naam har beeDhay — dear Lord of the Universe, my mind and body are pierced through by the Naam. Picture a string going through every bead on a bracelet. The same thread holds them all together.
