ਜੇ ਲੋੜਹਿ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਭਾਈ ॥

ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਗੁਰਹਿ ਬਤਾਈ ॥
saaDhoo sangat gureh bataa-ee.
then join the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy; this is the Guru's advice.
ਊਹਾ ਜਪੀਐ ਕੇਵਲ ਨਾਮ ॥
oohaa japee-ai kayval naam.
