In plain words

O Savior, the one You save,

You lead to meet the True Guru, and You take care of them.

You take away the poison of ego and of clinging to "mine."

You end all their sorrows, O King of all.

The One who made you also carries away the poison that weighs you down.
The deeper layer

The One protects you, leads you to the Guru, and lifts away what hurts you inside.

Everything here is something the One does, gently. You protect. You lead to the True Guru. You take care. Rakhanhaar means the Protector.

Then You lift away the poison. Bikh means poison. It names two things: ha-umai, ego, and mamtaa, clinging to "mine." They are like a sickness we carry, not a crime we did. The cure is the One taking them away. Think of a parent gently pulling a splinter out of a child's hand.

Sabh dookh binaasay means all the sorrows are gone. They do not have to be fought and beaten. They simply melt away.

A Question to Sit With

When something heavy inside you finally lifts, how does the rest of your day feel?
