In plain words

When the kind One, the treasure house of mercy, looks on a person with love, that person sings the praises of the Lord of the Universe.

Nanak says: this kind of wealth is gathered by the gurmukh, the one who turns toward the Guru.

The best kind of wealth is open to anyone willing to turn toward it.
The deeper layer

The treasure of the Naam comes as a gift.

The One is kirpaa niDh — a treasure house of kindness. When that kindness reaches a person, they start singing the praises of the One.

Gurmukh paavai — this wealth is found by the gurmukh. A gurmukh is anyone who turns toward the Guru's teaching. It is received, not earned. Think of a birthday present. You did not buy it; someone who loves you gave it. And anyone who turns toward the teaching can receive it.

A Question to Sit With

What good thing is available to anyone who's willing to reach for it?
