ਬਾਰ ਅੰਤ ਕੀ ਹੋਇ ਸਹਾਇ ॥

At the very last moment, the One will be your help and support.
Nanak says: sing the One's praises.
The best kind of friend is the one who stays with you all the way through.
The One helps you right to the very end, so sing the One's goodness.
Baar ant kee ho-ay sahaa-ay means at the very last moment, the One will be your help. This is meant to be comforting. Think of a friend who stays with you until the very end of the school play, clapping loudest when you finish.
