Whatever exists, is by Your Will. ||Pause||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
What can I say? I cannot say anything at all.
Whatever exists moves in the flow of Your will.
Some things are so vast that wonder, not words, is the right response.
Everything that exists moves in the flow of the One's will, and that is too vast for words.
This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line, the centre of the shabad. Ki-aa kahee-ai: what can I say? Wonder leaves you without words. Rajaa-ay means will. Think of it as the way all of existence moves, like a wide river carrying everything along, rather than orders shouted from above.
A Question to Sit With
What is something so big or beautiful that words feel too small for it?
