When something true happens, people feel it and draw near.
Word of what happened spreads, and people come to be near Namdev.
Naamday-o sabh rahi-aa samaa-ay: Namdev's name fills every place. Mil hindoo sabh naamay peh jaahi: the Hindus gather and go to him together. The fame comes on its own, like a ripple after a stone drops in a pond; he never went looking for a following. His greatness was in pointing everyone toward the One.
