O Nanak, the Gurmukh contemplates the Word of the Shabad, and is blessed with the glorious greatness of the Lord's Name. ||4||8||18||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

As it pleases the One, so the One moves us. Nothing else can be done.

Nanak says: the one who faces the Guru holds the Word close, and the Naam of the One brings greatness.

Life flows as the One moves it; holding the Name close, you can relax into it.
The deeper layer

Life moves as the One moves it; hold the Word close, and the Naam brings greatness.

Ji-o tis bhaavai tivai chalaavai: as the One pleases, so the One moves us; this is hukam, the flow of life. Karnaa kichhoo na jaa-ee: nothing else can be done. Gurmukh sabad samHaalay: the one facing the Guru holds the Word close, like a treasure kept safe. Raam naam vadi-aa-ee: greatness comes through the Naam.
