ਰਾਖਾ ਏਕੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥

The One, my Lord and Master, is my Protector.
The One knows the inside of every heart.
One Protector knows the inside of every heart — including yours.
The One alone is your Protector and knows the inside of every heart.
This is the Rahao, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. Raakhaa ayk hamaaraa su-aamee: one Master is my Protector. Antarjaamee: the inner-knower, who reads every heart. Being fully known and still protected is where the fearlessness comes from.
