The One Who Reads Every Heart

The Creator Lord knows everything. ||3||

In plain words

What are you thinking, with your small human understanding?

The wise One knows what is inside every heart.

The One is my only support; the One is my ground.

The Creator knows everything.

You are fully known, and being fully known is a comfort.
The deeper layer

The One already knows your heart, and that is a comfort.

Ki-aa too socheh maanas baan asks, "what are you thinking, with your human understanding?" Then antarjaamee purakh sujaan: "the wise Being knows what is within." Antarjaamee means the inner-knower, the One who reads every heart.

Ayk tayk ayko aadhaar means "the One is my support, the One is my ground." Tayk is something to lean on. Aadhaar is a foundation.

In many places, being fully seen sounds scary. Here it becomes a comfort. Think of a parent who can tell you had a hard day just from how you shut the door, and who loves you all the same. Being completely known by someone completely kind is one of the safest feelings there is.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you feel more relaxed about once someone understands it?
