The Sweetest Drink Is Knowing Your Own True Self

If the human body is the vat, and self-realization is the wine, then a stream of Ambrosial Nectar is produced.

Meeting with the Society of the Saints, the cup of the Lord's Love is filled with this Ambrosial Nectar; drinking it in, one's corruptions and sins are wiped away. ||3||

In plain words

When the 'wine' is knowing your own true self, something sweet and clear flows out.

And shared in good company, that sweetness washes a heart clean and light.

The sweetest 'drink' of all is knowing your own true self — best shared in good company.
The deeper layer

This short verse completes the distillery set: "if the body is the vat and self-realization is the wine, then a stream of Ambrosial Nectar (amrit) is produced." The highest brew is knowing your own true self — and it's not drunk alone but "in the Society of the Saints," the cup "filled with the Lord's Love," and drinking it "corruptions and sins are wiped away." So the three Mardaanaa-linked shaloks move from what ruins (P33–34's ego-wine) to what heals (P35's self-knowledge shared in good company). Real intoxication, the Gurus say, is the sweet clarity of knowing who you truly are.

A Question to Sit With

What does it mean to really know yourself — and why might that feel sweet?
