Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One itself has kept its own people safe.

In kindness, the One gave me the Naam, and every sorrow and worry that weighed on me melted away.

Sometimes you are kept safe before you even know to ask.
The deeper layer

raakh lee-ay apnay jan aap — He Himself kept His own. sog santaap binas ga-ay — griefs and afflictions dispelled once the Name is set in the heart.

A Question to Sit With

When has a worry lifted so quietly you barely noticed it go?
