According to the pre-ordained destiny written upon my forehead, I have found the Guru, and the Lord abides within my heart. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Sing the Naam of the One with your own tongue, O mind.

As it was always meant to be, I found the Guru, and the One came to live right inside my heart.

Sing the Name aloud, and the One quietly comes to live in your heart.
The deeper layer

Sing the Naam with your own tongue, and the heart becomes its home.

This is the Rahao. Jap man raam naam rasnaa — sing the Name with the tongue — is remembrance made active and joyful. Finding the Guru mastak likhat (as if written) frames it as arrival, not accident: the heart was always the Name's home.
