Deep within the nucleus of his mind and body, is God.

He continually sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord, and always does good for others; his tongue is priceless. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

God is right here, inside the mind and the body.

Whoever sings the praise of the One and does good for others every day — that tongue is beyond price.

A voice that helps others is worth more than any treasure.
The deeper layer

The One already lives inside the mind and body. man tan antar prabh aahee — the One already within. har gun gaavat par-upkaar nit — praise joined to steady service of others; the two are one movement, not separate. tis rasnaa kaa mol kichh naahee — such a tongue beyond price.

A Question to Sit With

How could the way you talk to people make their day a little better?
