Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

You are an ocean of kindness, gentle with anyone who feels small or humble.

You look after every living being and creature there is.

Real kindness is gentlest with whoever feels smallest.
The deeper layer

kirpaa niDh prabh deen da-i-aalaa — the treasure-house of mercy, gentle to the meek. jee-a jant kee karahu partipaalaa — cherishing all beings; the divine care extended to every creature without exception.

A Question to Sit With

How could you be extra gentle with someone who feels small right now?
