Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

There is only One. And the One is found by the True Guru's grace — a gift that is always here, waiting for an open heart.

I am nothing, God; everything is Yours.

Here You are the One without form; there You are the One with every form. You play both ways, my Master.

The hidden and the visible are two faces of the same One.
The deeper layer

Everything there is belongs to the One.

Mai naahee prabh sabh kichh tayraa -- the small self set down; all is the One's. nirgun / sargun -- the One without qualities and the One with form; kayl karat -- playing between the two. The unseen and the whole visible world are one reality at play.

A Question to Sit With

When you look at the world, where do you sense something bigger behind it?
