Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Keep me close to You always.

You are the one I love, the one who wins my heart; without You, a whole life would feel empty.

Wanting to be near what you love shows you what fills you.
The deeper layer

The Rahau. raakh sadaa prabh apnai saath -- keep me ever with You. manmohan -- the one who charms the mind. The emptiness named here is not despair but a longing that points toward what fills it.

A Question to Sit With

Who or what makes ordinary days feel full and worth it?
