The four great blessings are obtained, O Nanak, by vibrating upon the Lord, under Guru's Instruction. ||4||4||

In plain words

The Name is the essence of essences — the medicine that heals every kind of trouble; so hold the One close, dear companions.

Nanak says: every one of the four great blessings comes to those who, guided by the Guru, keep singing the One.

The Name is the one medicine that heals every kind of trouble.
The deeper layer

Rasaa-in — the master-medicine, the elixir — names the Name as a cure-all, echoing the healing raags. The chaar padaarath (four blessings: righteous living, means, love, and liberation) are received not as prizes but as fruits of remembrance.

A Question to Sit With

What is something that, when you do it, makes almost everything else feel better?
