In plain words

Tuesday. Everyone has been given something to do, some place in the great web of life -- and that too comes from the One.

When the Guru's Word helps you understand, you find your true home right inside yourself. Love grows, and the "me, me, me" feeling quietly melts away, like frost in the morning sun.

Everyone has their own part to play -- and love quietly melts the me-first feeling.
The deeper layer

mangal, Tuesday. sir sir dhandhai laa-i-aa -- each being set to their own task, all within the One's design. aap bujhaa-ay so-ee boojhai -- understanding is given. The source's haumai... sabad jalaa-ay ("ego burnt by the Word") is gentled to ego melting -- the self-conceit clearing like morning frost, the disease of separation quietly healing rather than being violently destroyed.
